NetSpec cannot
be used for any illegal activities or other purposes prohibited by law.

NetSpec services
may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation for
reception of material which violates US Federal or Ohio State Law, or
State Law of the state you reside in, or Local Law of the township you
reside is prohibited. This includes material that is threatening, legally
obscene, libelous, or violates trade-secret, patent, or copyright protections.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetSpec, its owners and employees
from all claims which are a result of your usage, without limitation.
NetSpec does not tolerate the use of materials on any web site hosted
by NetSpec which infringes on a copyright.

The security
of your network, including the passwords, is your responsibility and that
all use which emanates from your account will be considered to be undertaken
by you unless it can be shown to have been an unauthorized intrusion.
You agree to notify NetSpec immediately if you believe that your connection,
account or your password has been or is being compromised in any manner.

NetSpec makes
no warranties or representations of any kind, whether expressed or implied,
for the services which are being provided. NetSpec explicitly disclaim
any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose whatsoever.
NetSpec will not be responsible for any damage you suffer as a result
of using NetSpec services regardless of cause, including but not limited
to loss of data resulting from delays, improper or incomplete delivery
of information, service interruptions caused by NetSpec's own negligence,
NetSpec's providers and/or possible malicious computer viruses.

NetSpec has
no control whatsoever over the information passing through its system.
Use of any information obtained through NetSpec is at your own risk. NetSpec
specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of
information obtained through its services.

The transmission
of unsolicited advertising through mass-electronic mail, USENet postings
to inappropriate groups, or other direct transmission is prohibited. However,
posts made to appropriate USENet groups as well as commercial use of NetSpec
is encouraged.

| 7. |
You agree
not to abuse the system and its resources, including any quota on usage
which may be imposed and policies on the use of resources which reach
beyond this system. You agree not to attempt to violate the security of
this system's authentication and accounting procedures.

The
customer or user shall obey NetSpec acceptable use policies. Although the
NetSpec system is on a commercial exchange, the customer or user assumes
all the risks of transferring prohibited material across restrictive Networks
and transgressing their acceptable use policies. Otherwise, the Internet
can be used for business purposes in almost all cases. Expressly prohibited
activities include:
o Falsifying email or IP addresses.
o Advertising or sending promotional materials to others without prior express
agreement from such others.
o Posting advertisements to inappropriate USENet newsgroups is also expressly
prohibited.
o Implicitly prohibited activities include the unlicensed international
export of various materials.
The customer
or user is responsible for learning these policies, but NetSpec employees
will be happy to assist.

Any attempt
to cause traffic levels to NetSpec or other Networks to rise without reason
or for malicious purpose is prohibited.

| 10. |
NetSpec reserves
the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, as well as
the services offered. Posting of the new terms and conditions or service
changes on the system in a conspicuous place on our network shall constitute
proper notice. NetSpec reserves the right to modify published rules at
any time by publishing such modifications over the service and/or sending
notices to each customer and user.

The customer
or user agrees to waive all claims against NetSpec, legal or otherwise
incurred through the use of the NetSpec system or the Internet and its
systems. The customer also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NetSpec
from any claims and expenses related to the customer's or user's violation
of the Operational Rules or the Service Agreement Terms. Violation of
any of the terms and conditions of service may result in the cancellation
of your contract and the forfeiture of the remainder of your pre-paid
fees. Serious violations may result in civil and/or criminal prosecution.

NetSpec operates
under the laws of the State of Ohio, and the United States of America
and local laws and restrictions.
